Craig Ballantyne, a Strength & Conditioning coach in Toronto, a contributing author to Men’s Health magazine and a member of the Training Advisory Board for Maximum Fitness and Oxygen magazines is the author of Turbulence Training, a new diet program designed for busy people who wants to get rid of excess body fats or simply put, whow ants to go on a diet. By far, ever since Turbulence Training was born, lots and lots of people have actually made some comments and reviews and majority of those who did actually said that it really works because you can do this on your own free time or in a limited time only. Some other people say it only takes an average of 3 times a week to do Turbulence Training. Others even claim that it’s the best fat burning cardio exercise that they have learned for these past years.

But in ordinary terms, in one’s own simple understanding, what is the best definition of Turbulence Training? Turbulence Training is an intensified exercise system made to give everyone an opportunity to stay in shape or slim down or gain weight without putting anything or anyone in a very compromising position. For example, most health and exercise gurus would tell that a 1-hr. jogging is the best way to keep the heart healthy and strong. Of course, who wouldn’t want to have a strong and healthy heart, right? But the problem is, almost everybody is very busy with their own tasks and responsibilities at home, school or work and they don’t have the time to do a one-hour jogging. But what if they are informed that you can do a 1-hr. jogging for only a few minutes? That’s the idea of this best of all intensified fat burning workouts systems. If the usual exercise program will tell you to exercise regularly, you can get the same desirable results by doing Turbulence Training for only 3 times in one week.

If you want to know how it really works, you should have a copy of this weight loss workouts system today and again, it’s called Turbulence Training.

Bosu

One of the best weight loss workouts involves using the Bosu ball. The Bosu ball is the blue dome half ball you see in workout facilities. It has a bubble, or dome, on the top and a flat bottom. It is one of the single best weight loss workout equipment that you can use.

Bosu ball exercises can workout the whole body. You can utilize the Bosu ball for lower, mid and upper body workouts. Squats are typically the first leg workout exercise to begin with. Like many Bosu ball exercises, you can perform this with the bubble up or down, depending on how difficult you want to make the exercise. The basic exercise is to stand on the top of the Bosu and perform squats. Balance and strength will be required to get through the workout. You can use hold weights to add to the difficulty. If you want more advanced exercises, flip the Bosu over so that the dome is on the floor and the flat part can be stood on. This makes balance key as well as strength. You could also pick up the Bosu and hold it over your head while you perform the squat.

The lunge is another great exercise. With the bubble up give yourself a step distance from the Bosu. Start with either leg and perform a lunge onto the top of the Bosu. Switch legs as you perform the exercise. As you perform this exercise you can hold weights.

Mid-section exercises work the abdominal muscles. You can perform a simple sit up by sitting on top of the dome with your feet on the floor. You can lift your legs and do crunches, pulling your legs in to your chest then expanding them outward. You can do the bicycle crunch exercises or any number of other exercises while sitting on the Bosu. The Bosu ball ensures that your abs are tightened through each exercise as you will work to keep your balance.

Push ups, among other upper body workouts, can be performed with the Bosu. With your feet on the floor and your hands on the Bosu, perform the typical push up. You can also place your hands on the floor and put your feet up on the Bosu dome to do push ups. Advanced push ups can be performed by flipping the Bosu over on the flat side and holding the edges as you exercise. You can perform shoulder exercises by pushing the Bosu ball overhead. Weight loss exercises do not get much better than this.

As you can see the Bosu is a very versatile piece of exercise equipment. The Bosu is one of the best things to use for weight loss workouts. You will find that you will gain strength and lose weight using it.
