For Fat Loss The Perfect Food Is

I know that fibrous carbohydrates, vegetables, are perfect for fat loss. So why not eat them at every meal?

Fibrous carbohydrates do not produce enough energy! Your body needs energy to perform and fitness is about performance and how you look, not just how you look.

I doubt there is ever a day goes by that you do not hear someone talking about their diet and how they are eating like a rabbit. These same people then complain that they are tired, cranky and have no energy. This reaction to fat loss is the result of eating foods early in the day that do not have enough energy to fuel the body.

If you eat a diet that consists mainly of Protein and Vegetables, you will find you have little or no energy to workout, take a walk or much of anything else. You will be tired and probably feel dizzy. To put it simply, you will feel terrible and unable to perform. How long do you think you can function feeling this way?

Who wants to feel terrible just to get lean?

You are working to increase your fitness so you can do more, feel better and perform better. To accomplish this you want to load your system with energy in the morning, so you need to choose a source of natural, starchy carbohydrates and some fruit early in the day. This will give your body more energy allowing you to exercise more. Later in the day you can substitute the starchy carbohydrates with fibrous carbohydrates. This is the time of the day you want to begin to unwind and prepare yourself for sleep. You do not need the energy.

Eating starchy carbohydrates in the morning will fuel your body for the day. Eating a combination of carbohydrates in mid-day will give you a boost to your energy reserves. Then eat fibrous carbohydrates later in the day when your body has no need for the extra energy.

Eating this way will not only will give you more energy through the day, it will cut down on your sugar cravings.

A good fat loss diet is not just about what you eat, it is also about when you eat it.
