3) Make sure you are organised. Keep a training diary and organise training sessions with a partner for safety and motivation. Even when you do not really want to go to the gym these couple of easy tips can aid you in sticking to your plans. It can be the difference between muscle building failure and success in the long run. Also adding variety to your training will keep your motivation higher than if you keep doing the same old things over and over again.
