A Beginners Workout to increase fitness
like everyone in the beginning, I struggled to find a workout to increase my fitness. Motivation is the key to success at fat loss, building muscle or all around fitness. The workout needs to be of a type that is easy to follow and fun to do.
When you are totally new to working out there are a hundred questions that enter your mind.
-
*Should I get a gym membership and start hitting the weights?
*Should I buy equipment and workout at home, using lighter weights in the beginning and then after a few weeks buy more weights?
*Is there some other approach that would work better for me?
To find my answer, I needed to look at a couple different things.
-
*The types of exercises that I like and the types that I hate.
*How much time to I have available to work toward fitness.
Here is a great video showing a beginning workout to increase fitness. While watching it your own personal plan may begin to formulate. You could do just as the video shows or you could take the idea and develop it into your own program. If you are brand new to working out, I suggest you begin just the way the video demonstrates.
Following a plan like this could really help you learn to increase fitness especially if you do not know a lot about exercise.
I use this basic plan anytime I have had to stop working out for a period of time. It is a great way to get back into total conditioning before going on to a more advanced form of exercise program to increase fitness.
I hate cardio!!!!
when I say I hate cardio, I am talking about things like walking a treadmill for 30 minutes or riding an exercise bike that goes no where. Walking, riding a bicycle around the neighborhood or a jump rope are types of cardio I can enjoy.
I have written this from my own personal perspective to increase fitness, you will want to tweak it to fit you. Do you like running on a treadmill? Then put that in. Do you prefer to exercise outdoors, then grab a jump rope or your bicycle.
