30 minute workout to increase fitness

I do not have enough time to workout!

How many times have you heard this or even said it yourself? A bunch of times I am sure.

The average person believes they need to have a couple of hours every day to get fit. This is anything but true.

You can develop a good fitness level working out for 30 minutes, 3 to 4 times per week. Now hold on, realize that I am speaking of 3 or 4 days in the gym or using your home gym.

Every day you need to get from 30 minutes to an hour of physical activity to increase your fitness level. You will also need to continuously add to the volume of your workout to advance beyond where you currently are.

With that being said: Working out to increase your fitness does not require hours in the gym 7 days per week. In just 30 short minutes following the workout presented in this video, you can make huge strides to reach your goal to increase fitness.

This a really great routine for anyone that is short of time to workout or for a person that is out of shape and just wants to begin working out to increase fitness before moving on to using a more demanding workout.
