Workouts And Nutrition To Increase Fitness
Do you want to look great and feel great?
There is not a single person that can not live healthier, have increased energy, get a better nights sleep and feel better about themselves by increasing their fitness.
Fitness is not expensive and you do not have to spend a lot of time getting fit. I intend to focus on fitness workouts and nutrition that anyone can do at home, no need for expensive equipment or even a gym membership.
Is working out at home to increase fitness as affective? Yes it is, plain and simple. For some people a home fitness workout is not just as affective but can be even more affective than the best gym loaded with top of the line equipment.
That’s a bold statement I admit, but picture this:
- *You have an expensive gym membership but you live 30 minutes from the gym.
*You only have a spare 45 minutes, what do you do?
*You skip the workout. That is not very productive.
Goal setting and Motivation are the keys to any fitness program. If you set reasonable goals and motivate yourself, you will succeed. If you begin with a simple goal - Feel Better and have More Energy - you will be rewarded the very first day and this will give you a positive reinforcement. You will return for another day.
Learning what works for you and what does not. You need to be willing to experience a new world, a new way. Read books, ask questions, but the majority of what you learn will be by trial and error.
Always keep in mind that Bodybuilding Magazines are there to sell supplements. The articles are usually written by professional bodybuilders. Their nutrition and workouts will most likely not work for you. Take it slow, make it fun and you will get results - as long as you push yourself to continuously do a little more. One more push up, one more lap around the pool, one more set or rep of the weights.
Don’t live for the Gym! There are more ways to increase fitness than just being in the gym lifting weights or running on the treadmill. If you have an hour then you might spend it in the gym. If you have two hours, spend one in the gym and spend the other on an activity like swimming, bicycling, jogging, walking or shoot a few hoops with the kids.
